Sumut Mobile is a banking application offered by Bank Sumut, enabling users to perform banking transactions conveniently on their mobile devices, anytime and anywhere. The application is secured with an access code for entry and utilizes a dynamic PIN for transaction authentication.

The Sumut Mobile Menu facilitates transactions by allowing users to select from various options such as mobile phone reloading, bill payments, and transfers to other Bank Sumut accounts. Users can also save their payment, reload, or transfer preferences as favorite transactions, streamlining the process for future use.

To access the application, users must be registered. Registration can be completed at any Bank Sumut branch.

As a non-financial registered user, individuals can perform the following non-financial transactions:

• Balance inquiry
• Access last historical transactions

As a financial registered user, individuals have the ability to conduct all non-financial transactions as well as the following financial transactions:

• Fund transfers (internal and external)
• Telkom and Halo billing payments
• TV cable billing payments (Indovision, Transvision, Aora TV, Big TV, MNC Play)
• Purchase of Simpati, AS, and XL prepaid plans
• Billing payments for PDAM Tirtanadi, PDAM Tirtabulian, PDAM Tirtauli
• Other payments (Indihome, BPJS Kesehatan, etc.)

This application supports three types of connections: USSD, SMS, and Data Connection. Users can switch between these options through the 'Connection Setting' menu.
